Onsite in Northampton, MA daily
Participating in the design process providing budget, schedule, and construct-ability input
Reviewing and interpreting plans & specifications
Managing relationships and interfacing with appropriate personnel on a daily basis
Preparing requests for proposals, analyzing/aligning bids, making award recommendation
Negotiating and preparing construction & consultant contracts
Providing day-to-day management, technical direction, supervision and coordination of construction activities
Reviewing and tracking project invoices, RFIs, Submitals, Budgets
Developing, managing, and updating project schedule
Evaluating and negotiating pay requests and change orders
Administering punch list and project close-out activities
Reporting project status regularly

Project Manager - Builder Developer - Multifamily Projects
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a major ground-up multifamily development in Worcester, MA. This is a high-impact role with a nationally recognized developer offering strong compensation and a fast-track hiring process. Client Details
Our client is a leading real estate developer and builder with a reputation for delivering luxury multifamily and mixed-use communities. They operate as a vertically integrated organization-developer, general contractor, and property manager-ensuring quality and consistency across all phases of construction. - Oversee all phases of a $55M, 185-unit, 7-story multifamily project from preconstruction through delivery
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial health
- Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and reports
- Build strong client relationships and support business development efforts
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure professional growth and high performance
- Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and to quality standards

Profile
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale multifamily projects
- Proven ability to lead ground-up construction projects
- Strong financial and contractual management skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
