Legal Secretary
This role provides administrative and legal support to two Fiduciary Accountants, ensuring probate, guardianship, trust, and estate administration. You will be involved in managing deadlines, preparing legal documents, organizing client files, and supporting day‑to‑day workflow in a fast‑paced environment.

Description
- Provide administrative and organizational support to two Fiduciary Accountants, helping keep their workflows efficient.
- Prepare, file, and manage probate and guardianship pleadings with accuracy, ensuring documents move smoothly through the appropriate channels.
- Maintain and monitor case calendars, deadlines, and key dates for probate, guardianship, trust, and estate matters.
- Draft, revise, and finalize various legal documents and correspondence, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Handle day‑to‑day document management-including scanning, copying, mailing, and maintaining well‑organized client files.
Profile
- Holds a Paralegal Studies degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable about Florida Probate Court procedures, e‑portal systems, and CSC e‑recording platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, iManage, Outlook, Aderant, GEMS, Excel, and Westlaw.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, strong communicator, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proactive, able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, handle a full workload, and work overtime when required.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary up to $70,000, depending on experience.
