General Superintendent- Multifamily Construction

We are seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to oversee high-rise multifamily construction projects in Miami, FL. This is a leadership role with one of South Florida's top general contractors, offering the opportunity to manage marquee developments from the ground up.

Description

• Serve as the lead field operations manager on large-scale, high-rise multifamily projects.

• Coordinate all on-site activities including subcontractor scheduling, safety enforcement, quality control, and project logistics.

• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

• Maintain strong communication with owners, consultants, and internal teams to drive alignment and accountability.

• Enforce jobsite safety in strict accordance with OSHA and company policies.

• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff to ensure consistent performance across the site.

Profile

• 10+ years of construction experience, with a strong track record of managing high-rise multifamily projects (15+ stories) from start to finish.

• Deep understanding of concrete structure, envelope systems, and high-density vertical construction sequencing.

• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, capable of managing large teams and multiple subcontractors on a fast-paced jobsite.

• Proficiency in construction software platforms (Procore, MS Project, etc.) and a detail-oriented mindset.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
