General Superintendent- Multifamily Construction

We are seeking a highly experienced General Superintendent to oversee the construction of large-scale, high-rise apartment projects in Miami, Florida. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple superintendents, ensuring project schedules, safety, and quality are delivered at the highest standards.

Description

• Lead, supervise, and mentor project superintendents across multiple high-rise apartment projects.

• Ensure all construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and owners to meet project milestones.

• Oversee field operations, logistics, manpower planning, and quality control.

• Conduct regular site inspections, progress reports, and problem-solving as needed.

• Uphold company standards and maintain a positive working environment for project teams.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of construction experience, with at least 10 years specifically in high-rise multifamily/apartment projects. They must be an effective leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise projects in urban environments. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, as is a deep knowledge of construction sequencing, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination.
