Description
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned enterprise accounts. Act as the primary liaison between the client and our company, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Sales and Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Proactively manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Solution Consulting: Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and challenges. Provide expert guidance on how our security software solutions can address their requirements, improve their security posture, and achieve their business objectives.
- Implementation and Support: Oversee the successful implementation and deployment of our software solutions. Coordinate with technical teams and ensure smooth onboarding and integration. Provide ongoing support and ensure that clients are leveraging our products effectively.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, enhancing their security strategy and positioning our solutions effectively.
- Customer Advocacy: Champion the client's interests within our organization. Ensure that client feedback is communicated to relevant teams for continuous product and service improvement.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account performance. Prepare and present regular reports on account status, opportunities, and challenges to senior management.
Profile
- Experience: Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets, preferably in the security software or technology sector. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of security software solutions, cybersecurity threats, and industry best practices. Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulatory standards is a plus.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced certifications or relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
- Location: Based in Boston, MA, with occasional travel required for client meetings and events.
