Construction Proiect Scheduler - Meriden, CT
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to support planning, scheduling, and coordination efforts across multiple construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and maintain alignment with both field teams and executive leadership.

Description
Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules using industry-standard software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
Track progress, analyze delays, and provide recovery strategies to ensure milestones are met.
Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather accurate schedule inputs.
Prepare and present schedule reports to leadership and clients.
Assist in planning, forecasting, and resource allocation across multiple active projects.
Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support overall project controls
Profile
3-7+ years of experience in project scheduling within construction, engineering, or related project-driven environments.
Strong command of scheduling software (P6 preferred), logic-based scheduling, and critical path methodology.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both field and office teams.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
Experience in commercial or institutional construction is a strong plus.
