Description
- Support Project Managers in budgeting, scheduling, and overall project planning
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other documentation
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
- Experience with multifamily new construction projects ($20M - $80M) preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with mid-to-large scale General Contractors is a plus
