Based outside of Rosedale, MD, the company specializes in large-scale concrete projects, including malls, hospitals, higher education facilities, and commercial properties. With a strong pipeline of work, including a $20M backlog, Bay Country maintains long-term relationships with top general contractors like Whiting-Turner, Gilbane, and Barton Malow. They are actively looking for a Jr. Project Manager to work on projects from their Rosedale, MD office space.

Description

The Jr. Project Manager - Concrete Construction - Rosedale, MD will be responsible for:

• Assisting in managing multiple concrete construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Overseeing project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Supporting project scheduling and ensuring work stays on track.
• Assisting in estimating and budget management.
• Maintaining quality control and safety standards on-site.Collaborating with senior leadership and reporting directly to the company president.

Profile

The Jr. Project Manager - Concrete Construction - Rosedale, MD will have:

• 5+ years of experience in construction, preferably in concrete projects.
• Background in residential or commercial construction is acceptable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Procore is a plus.
• Estimating experience is highly desirable.
