Office Manager
The Office Manager will run day-to-day office operations at our NYC headquarters. Supporting a team of 100 employees, this person will be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring a smooth, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. You will partner with People Operations, IT, and leadership to keep the office running efficiently and support employee experience initiatives.

This role is with a fast-paced, creative digital media company based in NYC. They have about 100 people in the organization. This role is fully onsite in Manhattan.
Description
- Oversee all aspects of office management including supplies, vendor relationships, repairs, equipment, mail, and cleanliness
- Coordinate workspace setup, office moves, and seating assignments; liaise with building management on any facilities issues
- Greet guests, manage visitor access, and act as the first point of contact for the office
- Partner with HR to coordinate company events, team offsites, holiday parties, and in-office perks that reflect our culture
- Track and manage the office budget, negotiate with vendors, and process office-related invoices and expenses
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies, including emergency response plans and COVID protocols (as needed)
- Work with IT to manage employee tech needs, conference room A/V equipment, and help onboard new hires with workspace setup
- Send office updates, building notices, and coordinate all-hands meetings and internal event logistics
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in office management or operations, preferably in a creative or digital company
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with professionalism and a proactive attitude
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and budgeting tools
- Enthusiasm for maintaining and growing a collaborative, inclusive, and fun office environment
