- Manage multiple ground‑up commercial projects valued between $1M-$30M
- Oversee Superintendents and drive schedule, budget, quality, and safety
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers
- Lead project planning, buyout, subcontractor management, and closeout
- Coordinate with internal project coordinators for documentation and reporting
- Travel to project sites as needed (approximately once per month)
- Ensure compliance with company standards, contracts, and safety protocols
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Proven experience delivering self‑storage, grocery, or industrial projects
- Strong background in ground‑up commercial construction
- Comfortable working fully in‑office with periodic out‑of‑state travel
- Proficient with construction technology (Procore experience preferred)
- Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
