Long Island based Construction Estimator
As an Estimator, you'll lead pre-construction efforts, providing accurate estimates for new and public construction projects. This position is ideal for an experienced estimator who excels in both the technical aspects of estimating and client collaboration.

Description
- Conduct takeoffs and detailed project estimates for public, ground-up, and new construction projects.
- Engage with clients to discuss scope and project costs, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to refine budgets and ensure project alignment.
- Perform site visits and walkthroughs as needed to verify project requirements and monitor progression.
Profile
You're a skilled estimator with a minimum of 7 years in general contracting, particularly in New York's construction landscape. Detail-oriented and proactive, you understand the ins and outs of public projects and are confident in providing accurate estimates and clear communication to clients and teams. Your commitment to quality and experience in high-stakes projects make you a reliable partner for both clients and colleagues.
