Project Manager - St. Louis - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strategic individual with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results in the business services industry.

Description

• Manage construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Take projects from the very beginning to the very end.
• Scheduling, RFIs, and Contracts.
• Expected to sit down and help with estimators on bid days.
• Roughly 20% travel expected with day trips to site.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Experience managing construction projects within the commercial general contracting space.
• 7-12+ years of project management experience.
• Experience working on bank projects is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of estimating.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
