Product Engineer - Industrial - Weymouth, MA
The Product Engineer role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of product development from concept to production, collaborate across departments, and see your ideas come to life on the production floor. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, sales, and service teams to translate customer requirements into practical, manufacturable solutions.

Description
The Product Engineer will report into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
- Lead product development initiatives from concept through production.
- Collaborate with Sales to define product roadmaps, strategies, and timelines.
- Design and implement testing procedures, prototypes, and product enhancements.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Interpret customer specifications and integrate them into engineering BOMs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet product goals on time and within budget.
- Maintain thorough documentation including design files, test reports, and cost analyses.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement in product design and performance.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product development, sales support, and post-sales service.
- Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical design.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and documentation.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics and application-specific solutions.
- Experience with liquid fluid handling and filling systems.
