- Support the Superintendent by overseeing day‑to‑day field operations for interior build‑out projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and on‑site logistics to keep work flowing efficiently.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure all activities comply with site and company regulations.
- Monitor progress of interior trades and help maintain the overall project schedule.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections to verify quality and adherence to plans.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and field documentation.
- Assist in resolving on‑site issues and coordinating solutions in real time.
- Maintain clear communication between field crews, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment.
Profile
The successful candidate brings solid experience working as a Foreman in the construction industry, ideally with a general contractor. They are organized, detail‑oriented, and confident managing crews, coordinating trades, and keeping daily field operations running smoothly.
