Description
Lead Superintendent - $95M Multifamily Project - Newton MA is responsible for:
- Lead the construction of multifamily, wood-frame projects from groundbreaking to completion 60M+
- Manage daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics for efficient project delivery
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve challenges
- Maintain open lines of communication with all team members and external partners
Profile
Lead Superintendent - 95M Multifamily Project - Newton MA will have:
- Construction Superintendent experience with a GC/developer (8+ years)
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on large ground-up multifamily projects, ideally $60M+ wood frame
- Strong tenure with reputable general contractors
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Familiarity with construction/project management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification
- 30-Hour OSHA (preferred)
