Senior Superintendent - $100M Multifamily Project

We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the on-site delivery of a large-scale garden-style multifamily apartment project in Miami, Florida. This role is ideal for a seasoned field leader with experience overseeing $75M-$100M ground-up multifamily developments and driving projects through completion with precision and accountability.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.

• Oversee subcontractors, field staff, and site logistics to ensure schedule, quality, and safety compliance.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and short-interval plans.

• Coordinate closely with project management, ownership, architects, and inspectors.

• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.

• Drive quality control, inspections, and punch-list completion.

• Identify and proactively resolve constructability, sequencing, and manpower challenges.

• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field personnel.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects.

• Proven experience leading projects in the $75M-$100M range.

• Strong background in garden-style apartment construction preferred.

• Deep understanding of South Florida construction methods, scheduling, and inspections.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.

• Ability to run large sites independently while collaborating effectively with project executives and ownership.

• OSHA certification and strong safety-first mindset.

Job Offer
