Senior Superintendent - $100M Multifamily Project
We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the on-site delivery of a large-scale garden-style multifamily apartment project in Miami, Florida. This role is ideal for a seasoned field leader with experience overseeing $75M-$100M ground-up multifamily developments and driving projects through completion with precision and accountability.

Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
Oversee subcontractors, field staff, and site logistics to ensure schedule, quality, and safety compliance.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and short-interval plans.
Coordinate closely with project management, ownership, architects, and inspectors.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Drive quality control, inspections, and punch-list completion.
Identify and proactively resolve constructability, sequencing, and manpower challenges.
Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field personnel.
Profile
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects.
Proven experience leading projects in the $75M-$100M range.
Strong background in garden-style apartment construction preferred.
Deep understanding of South Florida construction methods, scheduling, and inspections.
Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
Ability to run large sites independently while collaborating effectively with project executives and ownership.
OSHA certification and strong safety-first mindset.
Job Offer
Base salary up to $200,000, commensurate with experience.
