Senior Superintendent - Multifamily
The Lead Superintendent will oversee the full ground-up construction of high-rise apartment projects in Miami, serving as the on-site authority from mobilization through project closeout. This role requires a proven leader with deep experience delivering complex, vertical multifamily developments safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Our client is a well-established General Contractor with a strong footprint in South Florida's multifamily market, specializing in large-scale, ground-up high-rise apartment developments. They are known for delivering landmark projects, maintaining long-term relationships with developers, and offering stability with a robust project pipeline
Description
Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up high-rise apartment projects
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure schedule and quality compliance
Enforce safety standards and ensure all work meets local codes and company policies
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track schedules, budgets, and project milestones
Conduct daily site walks, inspections, and progress meetings
Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for ownership, consultants, and inspectors
Profile
8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up high-rise apartment or multifamily projects
Proven experience leading large, complex vertical construction projects from start to finish
Strong knowledge of concrete structures, building envelopes, MEP coordination, and high-rise logistics
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
OSHA certification and strong understanding of South Florida building codes and regulations
Ability to manage fast-paced projects in an urban environment
