Client Associate, Wealth Management
The Client Associate supporting an experienced Wealth Advisor team within Private Wealth. This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service while managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Description
- Manage daily operations and promptly address client service requests.
- Act as a central point of contact between Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Operations, and clients.
- Initiate the account opening process and assist clients with completing required documentation.
- Oversee account management tasks such as fund transfers, address updates, charitable contributions, billing, and client-directed trades.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding account updates, documents, performance, and inquiries.
- Update and maintain client information and business pipelines in the Salesforce database.
- Perform administrative tasks, including phone support, drafting correspondence, filing, and handling travel and expense reports.
- Assist with marketing initiatives by coordinating mailings, tracking event participation, and creating presentations.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- SIE and Series 7 Required
- 2-4 years of Client Service experience or similar within the Financial Services Industry
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
