Estimator - Denver

Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to determine material, labor, and equipment needs.
- Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
- Assist in preparing bid proposals and supporting documentation for clients.
- Monitor project budgets and provide updates to the management team as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, proposals, and project costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to improve estimation accuracy.

A successful Estimator should have:
- Experience in construction estimation within the industry.
