• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Assist in preparing bid proposals and supporting documentation for clients.
• Monitor project budgets and provide updates to the management team as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates, proposals, and project costs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to improve estimation accuracy.
