Superintendent - Luxury Custom Residential
TOP luxury residential Builder is seeking a motivated and experienced Superintendent to lead high‑end, custom residential projects in the Charleston market and surrounding regions. This role is ideal for a Superintendent who is passionate about craftsmanship, detail, and delivering truly bespoke homes rather than production or spec builds.

This general contractor is one of the most respected luxury residential builders in the country, with over four decades of experience delivering architecturally significant custom homes, estates, renovations, and historic restorations. Founded in 1980 and still family‑led today, the firm is known for its meticulous attention to detail, integrated construction and millwork capabilities, and white‑glove client experience. Projects are highly design‑driven and often executed in collaboration with top architects and interior designers.
Description
- Oversee construction of high‑end, custom luxury homes ($5M+)
- Manage daily site operations with a focus on quality and detail
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and deliveries
- Utilize Procore and other construction management tools
- Work closely with Project Managers and the Director of Construction
- Represent the firm professionally to clients, architects, and designers
Profile
A successful Superintendent - Luxury Custom Residential should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience preferred
- Proven background in luxury custom residential (not production/spec)
- Experience delivering high‑end homes $2M+ (>$5M strongly preferred)
- Stable work history with limited job movement
- Proficient in Procore
- Passionate about craftsmanship
- Open to travel across active project locations
Job Offer
Base salary: Up to $130,000 (higher considered for stronger experience)
- Company vehicle and gas card
- Travel per diem when applicable

- 9 paid holidays
- Discretionary bonus (not disclosed during process)
Project locations:
- Charleston, SC and surrounding areas
- Additional projects in South Carolina, Florida, and Massachusetts
