This Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects within the healthcare or data center sectors, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results in the business services industry.

Description
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare and data center construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear communication.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, including financial and operational performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager - Healthcare, Data Center Construction should have:
- Proven expertise in managing construction projects within healthcare or data center environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle complex projects.
