Description
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
- Develop and manage construction schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Foster a cooperative environment with the project team, clients, and subcontractors.
- Maintain daily logs, ensure safety procedures are followed, and manage project documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison between all parties involved, resolving any issues promptly.
Profile
This is an opportunity for a seasoned construction leader with at least 10 years of experience. You have a strong background in both commercial and residential projects, including multi-family work. You're organized, proactive, and excel in managing teams and projects within budget and on schedule. You are ready to commit to a long-term role, offering stability and leadership through 2026 and beyond.
