Description

• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Foster a cooperative environment with the project team, clients, and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily logs, ensure safety procedures are followed, and manage project documentation.
• Act as the primary liaison between all parties involved, resolving any issues promptly.

Profile

This is an opportunity for a seasoned construction leader with at least 10 years of experience. You have a strong background in both commercial and residential projects, including multi-family work.
