Mixed Commercial Estimator | Houston, TX
- Working for a nation-leading general contractor
- Large pipeline of ground-up, mixed commercial projects throughout Houston
- Immediate hire

- General contractor commited to providing quality built projects
- Project portfolio includes, but is not limited to: K12, municipal, healthcare, higher education, and industrial ground-up projects improvement projects
Description
- Communicate clear project objectives to the Project participants, and accurately evaluate status and progress.
- Overall financial responsible for the profitability of the project, on-time schedule completion, quality of work installed, and safety culture on the jobsite.
- Effective change order management for subcontracts and owner contract.
- Forecasting of all project costs.
- Reporting of project progress with regard to budget, schedule.
Profile
- 2+ years of commercial project estiamating experience
- Experience with conceptual bids
- Project pre-planning to include staffing, status meetings to discuss strategy
- Overall construction process
- Experience with Plan Takeoffs, Quanity Analysis, Estimating
