Paralegal - Corporate and Securities

The Corporate Paralegal with support a team of Corporate attorneys in a pool-style work model, taking on cases and supporting the practice group. This person will work closely with other paralegals.

This prominent New York City-based law firm specializes in corporate, securities, and business-related matters. They have 150 attorneys across 3 different offices in the US.

Description

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing corporate and securities documents.
• Coordinate and manage transactional closings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Conduct legal research and draft memos, reports, and correspondence as needed.
• Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare and file SEC forms, including Forms 3, 4, 5, and 8-K, as well as other regulatory filings.
• Support due diligence efforts by organizing and reviewing relevant documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with other legal tasks as required by the department.
