Description
Reporting to the VP of Construction in Santa Ana the Construction Senior Project Manager - OSHPD Lab's is responsible for:
- Lead and manage large-scale life science / OSHPD construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate and oversee the efforts of internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and clear communication throughout the project life cycle.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensure adherence to these plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure procurement processes are executed efficiently.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them, maintaining project schedules and avoiding delays.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all project personnel.
- Lead project teams through challenges, providing direction and support to resolve issues and ensure project success.
Profile
A successful Construction Senior Project Manager - OSHPD Lab's within building and construction would be:
- Relevant experience building Lab's and other OSHPD projects.
- A relevant degree related to the Building and Construction field
- 5+ years of experience in building and construction
- Proficiency with computer software used in the construction industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial to success of the Project Manager
Job Offer
AN offer for Construction Senior Project Manager - OSHPD Lab's role would be:
- Salary ranging from $150k-$185K based on experience
