Superintendent (Occupied Rehab)
The Superintendent (Occupied Rehab) will oversee all aspects of construction projects in occupied Affordable Housing (NYCHA, HPD, etc) residential properties, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in property rehabilitation and construction management.

Description
- Manage daily operations of construction projects in occupied residential properties.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain schedules and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with tenants to minimize disruption during rehabilitation work.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets company standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Monitor and manage project costs to stay within the allocated budget.
