Manufacturing Supervisor
Our Client is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor with direct experience in a manufacturing plant and at least two years of experience in a supervisory role. The manufacturing supervisor assists in overseeing manufacturing operations, supporting senior supervisors and managers in various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Our Client is a full-service manufacturing and engineering company, producing high precision elastomeric and fabricated rubber and silicone products.
Description
- Oversee the day-to-day production activities with attention to production output, quality and timely shipping.
- Technical Supervision of one of our specialty areas as well as identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and production processes and suggesting solutions.
- Supervise production lines, a small laboratory sized mixing operation and oversee the tooling for the product line.
- Responsible for tool inventory, storage use in coordination with engineering.
- Oversee work in process, as well as coordinating finished inventory.
- Interface with sales, engineering, and quality control.
- Responsible for the early opening of the facility.
- Directly supervise some hourly employees
- Plan and carry out the manufacturing work schedule and ensure that on-time delivery is realized.
- Excellent supervisory and mentoring abilities and abilities to interact with and get along with others.
- Ability to handle workload changes and prioritizations with ease.
- Dedication to achieving the company's goal of complete customer satisfaction.
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within rubber, silicone, or elastomeric product manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and inventory control in a hands-on manufacturing setting.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor hourly production staff while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Experience with tooling oversight, including inventory, storage, and coordination with engineering teams.
