Assistant Construction Project Manager - $220M University will be responsible for:Assisting & reporting to the PM/Super
Onsite in Northampton, MA daily
Participating in the design process providing budget, schedule, and construct-ability input
Reviewing and interpreting plans & specifications
Managing relationships and interfacing with appropriate personnel on a daily basis
Preparing requests for proposals, analyzing/aligning bids, making award recommendation
Negotiating and preparing construction & consultant contracts
Providing day-to-day management, technical direction, supervision and coordination of construction activities
Reviewing and tracking project invoices, RFIs, Submitals, Budgets
Developing, managing, and updating project schedule
Evaluating and negotiating pay requests and change orders
Administering punch list and project close-out activities
Reporting project status regularly

Sr. Project Manager - $50M Multifamily Project - Weymouth MA
We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a $50M multifamily project in Greater Boston. This is an opportunity to join a growing construction management firm with a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans.
Client Details
Our client is a well-established construction management company with over 20 years of experience in the Greater Boston area. They specialize in design-build projects, including new construction, renovations, and tenant fit-outs, primarily in the multifamily and condominium space. With a dynamic team and a brand-new office in Weymouth, they are gearing up for a busy next year with luxury multifamily developments. Description
- Oversee all phases of a $50M multifamily project from pre-construction through closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships
- Lead and mentor project teams, including Assistant PMs and Superintendents
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve issues proactively
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership
- Drive efficiency and maintain project timelines without compromising quality

Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably multifamily
- Proven track record managing projects $20M+ in size
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in project management software and budgeting tools
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
