Senior Accountant

The Sr Accountant will own A/R, intercompany reconciliation, corporate card reconciliations, maintain GL, support sales order postings, help us automate processes, support close, audits, reconciliations, daily banking activity and collaborate with global teams on consolidated reporting and alignment.

Description

• Manage A/R, intercompany reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations for a high volume of users.
• Maintain GL and bookkeeping for a standalone entity; support sales order postings.
• Drive process improvements, including automation of fixed asset tracking.
• Assist with close (month/quarter/year), balance sheet reconciliations, audits, and bank activity.
• Partner with global teams on consolidated reporting and intercompany alignment.

Profile

• Bachelor's in Accounting
• Accounting experience in high-volume, multi-entity environments.
• Advanced Excel; Sage Intacct or multi-system experience a plus.
• Strong GAAP knowledge; IFRS and multi-currency experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and proactive.
