Client Details

Our client is a larger general contractor who focuses on commercial construction in the Stamford, CT area - with an emphasis on retail, industrial and healthcare projects. The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Stamford, CT will be a leader within the team, and will help manage and oversee the firm's project portfolio.

Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates, including progress reports and financial summaries, to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project continuity and success.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and documentation.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to meet deliverables efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
