We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and labor.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors.
• Resolve issues and delays promptly to maintain project timelines.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• OSHA certification preferred.
