Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets for construction projects.
• Analyze project requirements, specifications, and blueprints to determine material and labor costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop accurate and comprehensive proposals.
• Review vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing and trends in the property sector.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in all estimates and proposals.

Profile

A successful Estimator should have:

• A strong understanding of construction processes and the property industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.

• Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
