Production Manager - High‑Volume Food & Beverage

Description
- Lead and manage multi-shift, high-volume food and beverage production operations in Los Angeles.
- Oversee production efficiency, yield, and uptime through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, FDA, and OSHA standards.
- Implement and maintain Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM practices.
- Utilize MES, ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and CMMS to enhance production processes.
- Oversee packaging, filling, mixing, CIP, sanitation, and changeover processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert in production best practices and provide leadership to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and improve operational efficiency.

Profile
A successful Production Manager - High-Volume Food & Beverage should have:
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage manufacturing processes and regulations (GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, FDA).
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Experience with MES, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and CMMS software.
- Expertise in overseeing packaging, filling, mixing, CIP, sanitation, and changeovers.
- Proven ability to lead and manage production teams in a high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to ensure operational success.
