Description

• Lead assigned projects from award through installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
• Coordinate daily project activities, ensuring alignment across multiple internal departments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and identifying critical path items.
• Organize internal project meetings and drive closure of key action items.
• Support customer coordination, site readiness, installation sequencing, and milestone planning.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to technical issues, suppliers, logistics, and readiness.
• Manage scope, clarifications, and change control processes.
• Assist with preparation and execution of system testing and acceptance milestones.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years managing or supporting complex industrial or engineered‑to‑order projects.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, or field service.
• Strong customer‑facing communication and meeting‑leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work with export‑controlled products and information.
