Growing media company in NYC is looking for an HR Ops Admin to join their team. The HR Ops Admin will focus on Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and HR Analytics. This position is on a hybrid schedule - 3 days in NYC, 2 days work from home. $65k-$80k + bonus and great benefits.

Growing media company in NYC is looking for an HR Ops Admin to join their team. The HR Ops Admin will focus on Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and HR Analytics. This position is on a hybrid schedule - 3 days in NYC, 2 days work from home. $65k-$80k + bonus and great benefits.
Description
- Create and analyze key HR metrics, including turnover, headcount, and engagement.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
- Coordinate open enrollment and ensure compliance with benefit-related regulations.
- Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage data integrity between HRIS and payroll systems.
- Address payroll discrepancies and provide exceptional employee support.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to provide insights for leadership.
- Assist in developing strategies based on data trends and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, benefits, payroll, or HRIS.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paycom).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
