Financial Analyst
A fast-growing footwear brand is seeking a Finance Analyst to support its financial planning, operations, and reporting functions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where innovation and impact are central to the business strategy.

Description
Manage inventory processes end-to-end, including purchase order submission, unit allocation, and sell-through reporting
Lead financial planning and KPI tracking for the omnichannel wholesale revenue stream
Analyze operational costs across logistics, warehousing, shipping, and SG&A
Oversee working capital components such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and related reporting
Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving forecasting tools, automating reports, and scaling finance operations
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
1-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role; experience in DTC/eCommerce is a plus
Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite) is a plus
Effective communicator and team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
