Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) specializing in construction within the business services industry. This role is based in the north shore and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about project management and construction.

Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates on financial performance.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
- Support the procurement process, including sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships.
- Ensure safety standards are met at all times on-site.
