We are seeking a visionary leader for this role who can strategically guide and expand our Commercial Concrete operations in Columbia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the business services and construction sector, and a proven track record of achieving business goals.

Description

• Oversee all operations and business activities in the Commercial Concrete department.
• Develop and implement strategies aiming at promoting the company's mission and objectives.
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions and improvements.
• Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile.
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.
• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.

Profile

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a large organization
• 15+ years in commercial concrete.
• Thorough understanding of market changes and forces that influence the company.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Understanding of construction industry regulations and standards.
