Description

The Senior Project Manager - Federal and Commercial - Leesburg, VA will be responsible for:

• Leading projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Developing and managing budgets, schedules, and project scope
• Negotiating contracts and managing subcontractor performance
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and government regulations
• Overseeing self-performed and subcontracted work
• Coordinating with stakeholders to resolve project challenges
• Providing leadership and mentoring to the project team

Profile

The Senior Project Manager - Federal and Commercial - Leesburg, VA will have:

• 10-15 years of experience working with a commercial or industrial general contractor (or 20+ years of hands-on experience without a degree)
• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred
• Skilled in managing both subcontracted and self-performed work
• Demonstrated success with IDIQ, Lump-Sum, Design/Build, and Fast Track contracts
• Experience in government contracting (WHS or USACE project experience is required)
• Proficient in Procore and Projnet
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications required
• Current CQC certification (USACE/NAVFAC)
• Professional credentials such as AC, CPC, or PE are preferred
• U.S. Citizenship required
