Key Responsibilities
As the Superintendent, you will be the on‑site leader and primary point of contact, partnering closely with the Project Manager to ensure project success. Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all daily site operations, subcontractor performance, and trade coordination
- Manage schedule, sequencing, and milestone delivery to ensure projects remain on track
- Maintain rigorous quality control and enforce safety standards across the site
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and project specifications
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers throughout design/build and design/assist delivery
- Resolve field challenges proactively to maintain project momentum
- Represent the business professionally with owners, consultants, and field partners
Profile
The Successful Applicant
For the Superintendent role we are seeking:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in ground‑up multifamily and/or commercial construction
- Strong command of site management, subcontractor oversight, and safety compliance
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software
- Proven ability to lead on-site operations from start to finish on projects ranging from $5M-$60M
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- A self‑directed professional who thrives with autonomy and takes pride in high‑quality project delivery
