Project Manager (Healthcare)

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong healthcare construction experience to lead a $40M freestanding ER and clinical care facility project in Royal Palm Beach/Wellington. This is an 18-month assignment with a repeat client, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of a high-profile project.

Description

• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of a $40M healthcare project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, owners, and design teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Lead client-facing meetings, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and delivered.
• Drive project safety, quality control, and risk management strategies.
• Manage change orders, cost controls, and project reporting.

• Proven experience managing healthcare projects, particularly ER or clinical care facilities.
