Description
- Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate of K-12 construction projects from planning through completion.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance with building codes.
- Collaboration: Work with architects, contractors, and school officials to facilitate communication and align project goals.
- Scheduling: Help develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during the construction process to keep projects on track.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, verify compliance, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Profile
Experience:
- Previous experience in construction management, particularly with K-12 educational projects.
- Familiarity with the construction process, project management, and building codes.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities to effectively manage on-site teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools for tracking progress and reporting.
