Description

• Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate of K-12 construction projects from planning through completion.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance with building codes.
• Collaboration: Work with architects, contractors, and school officials to facilitate communication and align project goals.
• Scheduling: Help develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during the construction process to keep projects on track.
