Senior Project Manager - Charlotte, NC
A senior project manager guiding a multi-year K-12 development in the Charlotte area. This role owns planning, coordination, and execution while partnering closely with on-site leadership.

Description
* Lead full lifecycle delivery of a $180M K-12 ground-up project
* Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and progress controls
* Partner closely with the General Superintendent, PM, and PE on-site
* Drive coordination to meet milestones and quality standards
* Maintain strong client communication and project accountability
Profile
* Senior PM with K-12 or large institutional project experience
* Strong tenure and consistent career progression
* Skilled in schedule management for multi-year projects
* Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with field teams
* Proven ability to manage owners and high-visibility stakeholders
Job Offer
* $130,000-$150,000 base + guaranteed $15,000+ 2026 year-end bonus
* 100% individual medical coverage, 3% 401(k) match, PTO (2-3 weeks)
* $780/month vehicle allowance or company vehicle
* Opportunity to purchase stock and join the ownership group
* Additional mileage and cellphone reimbursement
