Process Engineer - Diagnostics - Boxborough, MA
My client is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support their company by working hands-on in the production process of multiple new products within the medical device and diagnostics space. This person should have strong problem solving, critical thinking and process engineering experience.

My client is a medical diagnostics company that develops rapid, near-patient diagnostic tests to support timely decision-making in critical care. Its product platform provides quick, lab-quality results that are backed by the FDA.
Description
The Process Engineer's responsibilities will include the following daily tasks:
- Working collaboratively with R&D teams
- Optimizing production processes
- Redeveloping and reinventing products
- Working hands-on with 2-3 NPI processes
- Troubleshooting problems related to production processes
Profile
The ideal Process Engineer should have:
- 3-5 years of hands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience
- Experience with ELISA or antibody manufacturing
- Experience working within FDA regulations
- Chemical Binding
- A strong ability to work cross-collaboratively
- Coding and antibody conjugate experience a plus
