Description

  • Provide sound review and challenge to 1LOD
  • Develop and implement strategies to monitor and manage market and liquidity risks.
  • Analyze risk metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to assess and improve risk management frameworks.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on risk exposure.
  • Support the identification and mitigation of emerging market risks.
  • Contribute to the development of advanced risk management tools and models.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in the risk and compliance department.

Profile

  • Strong knowledge of market and liquidity risk principles within the financial services industry.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities to interact with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using risk management tools and software.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
