Billing Manager
Oversees the day-to-day billing operations to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and maintain strong client relationships.

Description
Manage daily billing operations and team performance to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing inquiries and improve processes
Analyze billing data for efficiency opportunities and ensure compliance with policies
Support system upgrades and provide staff training for consistent procedures
Profile
Minimum 7 years of legal billing experience, ideally with Aderant expertise
At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
Strong understanding of billing operations in a legal environment, with attention to detail and process improvement
Ability to work effectively with teams and manage priorities in a Pacific Time zone schedule
Proven track record of handling complex billing tasks and resolving issues efficiently
