Description

• Manage daily billing operations and team performance to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing inquiries and improve processes

• Analyze billing data for efficiency opportunities and ensure compliance with policies

• Support system upgrades and provide staff training for consistent procedures

Profile

• Minimum 7 years of legal billing experience, ideally with Aderant expertise

• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience

• Strong understanding of billing operations in a legal environment, with attention to detail and process improvement

• Ability to work effectively with teams and manage priorities in a Pacific Time zone schedule

• Proven track record of handling complex billing tasks and resolving issues efficiently
