Description

• Manage on-site construction activities for interior renovation and tenant build-out projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs, quality checks, and progress reporting.
• Serve as the on-site liaison between project managers, clients, and trades.

Profile

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial interiors or tenant improvement.
• Strong knowledge of interior systems, finishes, and fast-track construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid).
