Traveling Superintendent | Retail Projects in Midwest
Seeking an experienced superintendent to travel nationwide to oversee and run retail projects.

My client is most well known for their repeat business and exceptional work. Based in the Twin Cities, they have quickly grown to be one of the most well respected General Contractors in the Midwest and are dedicated to grow the team on a National scale.
Description
- 100% Travel (can be anywhere in the U.S. - project durations are typically 18 months to 2 years. Travel home every other weekend)
- Run/manage project from start to finish
- Oversee full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinate to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
Profile
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in construction field management/supervision
- Experience in the construction of federal projects is preferred, and work for the VA is fantastic!
- Partnership approach to working with contractors, designers and clients
- MS Office Suite knowledge and excellent computer skills
- Proficient in MS Project Scheduling
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team
- Self-motivation with good time management skills
- Travel is required
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000, dependent on experience
- Bonus
- (3) Weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Car Allowance
- $3,000 - $7,000/month for travel dependent on state
- Home at least once a month
