Description

The Superintendent is responsible for:

• Leading entire project
• Managing both self-performing employees and subs
• Maintaining excellent organization
• Communicating efficiently with necessary parties
• Reporting to the Senior Project Manager
• Traveling if/when necessary - all work within 1.5hrs of Arlington - try to keep people as close as possible

Profile

The right Superintendent has the following qualifications:

• MUST have MA CSL
• OSHA 10 minimum
• Ground up public work preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Sitework experience is a huge plus
• Must be able to provide references, and ideally a 2 or 3 week look ahead and schedule example.

Job Offer

The Superintendent will receive:

• Compensation up to $120K
