Description

* Oversee all phases of large‑scale renovation projects ($3M-$50M)

* Lead architects, engineers, and subcontractors through design and construction

* Drive schedules, budgets, procurement, and cost controls

* Maintain strong onsite presence to support field teams and resolve issues

* Build long‑term client relationships through clear communication and execution

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager - Luxury Hospitality Renovations should have:

* 10+ years in commercial construction with strong hospitality/casino renovations

* Proven leadership on projects $10M+

* Skilled in managing consultants and complex design coordination

* Comfortable operating in active hotel/casino environments

* Strong communicator who leads with accountability and consistency
